Vanessa Lam is a legal advisor to the Singapore Government on public international law. Her key portfolios include climate change law and law of the sea, and she advises the government on its legal obligation relating to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS).
